We are totally pumped to be open again for our amazing kids! Kids Classes started this week with a BANG! The kids are so made up to be back....and so are the instructors.

Kids start back 12th April 2021
All being well and as long as the PM doesn't change his mind, we will be thankfully opening our doors again for children based classes from the 12th April 2021. We have some availability for new students so please do hesitate to contact us for more info.
Online fitness classes
So, Lee and I were like two little kids yesterday as we excitedly launched an idea we've been talking about for months. We've created an online catalogue of fitness videos for a ridiculously low price of £5.99 a month and new content uploaded weekly. www.thedojofitnessstudio.driftfunnels.com is the site to go to, to learn more.
13th February Party
Well I must say that I thought the party was an absolute success. All the kids seemed to enjoy it and received lots of positive feedback from the parents too! Hide and seek went down a storm.....which is incredible considering it was over Zoom :-) Can't wait to host the next one....
Chinese New Year
To celebrate Chinese New Year on the 12th February 2021 we have uploaded 12 animals of the Chinese Zodiac for your children to enjoy and colour in!! We have teamed up with Atemi Fightwear and in true martial arts style, put a twist on these 12 magnificent animals. We would love to see your child's drawing, please send them in to us or better still, share on social media and tag us in! January 2021
The kids Atemi Jitsu classes, Tiny Dragon's, Little Dragons and Black Dragons, will continue as normal. The kids Thai Boxing and all adult classes will unfortunately cease for the time being.
Lockdown 2 reopening
Kids classes will resume from Tuesday 1st December 2020 and adults classes will resume from Wednesday 2nd December 2020.

Online Circuit Classes
During this time of restrictions to exercise in particular gyms being closed, we are pleased to announce that we'll be running online circuit classes via the Zoom platform. They'll be ran Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sunday at 7pm. All sessions are available. First couple are free and then it's only £10 a month. Email or call for more details.
Gym closure
The government announced on the 20th March 2020 that all leisure facilities should shut until the covid-19 outbreak is back under control. Please search for us on social media and YouTube as we will be carrying out online tuition consisting of instructional videos and short classes you can do at home... This is only for the style of Atemi Jitsu and Kickboxing.
